Over the past year we have spent time refining our purpose and values to ensure we continue to be focused on responding to our clients’ needs. At PSFI we are committed to growing our business and continuing to offer our clients the very best quality advice to help bring about transformational change.
To ensure we can keep delivering the best service, we are taking the step to align our business more closely to our purpose and values and moved to an LLP structure on 1 January 2022.
We are succession minded and this sustainable structure enables us to lay long-term foundations for the future success of the firm. As well as being more stable and sustainable, the LLP structure will make us more attractive to join and help us to grow the business.
As a firm, above all we care deeply about our clients, placing the highest possible value on our relationships with them and we believe this is the natural next step for PSFI so we can continue to help our clients make a real and lasting improvement to their business.
