Joanna Corr

Joanna is a founding Partner of PSFI who works within the leadership and talent areas. For the last 15 years Joanna has focused exclusively on providing consultancy and advice to legal and accounting firms. As a result she has extensive experience of working with senior lawyers in a range of national and global organisations, including “Magic Circle” and “Silver Circle” firms.

Joanna designs and runs conferences, group programmes and seminars for leaders at all levels and works with teams and practice groups to improve performance, teamwork and client service. She is also a very experienced executive coach with a well-developed reputation and established practice. Joanna has a particular interest in helping partners navigate significant career transitions.

Experience and credentials

Joanna writes and researches on the topic of leadership and leadership development in professional services firms and has a particular interest in women leaders and talent management. She has worked with clients in locations throughout Europe, the USA and Asia Pacific.

Before becoming a coach, Joanna had various roles including consultant at KPMG, board director of a medium sized European practice, and principal consultant of Bath Consultancy Group, which specialises in strategy, organisational development and leadership. She was also a consultant to JP Morgan, Credit Suisse First Boston, Citigroup, Nomura and a variety of other leading investment banks during her earlier career, giving her a breadth of experience in dealing with multiple different organisations.
